Steel needs in the steel industry of the lower reaches are affected
Some steel traders also believe that the demand for steel in some downstream steel industries will also be affected after the battle of the blue sky has started.
The action plan clearly integrates the bad information of the dust management work into the credit management system of the building market. The enterprises with serious circumstances will be included in the "blacklist" of the main body of the building market. From this point of view, the construction sites with poor comprehensive dust control will be shut down in the future. In the second half of the year, the demand for steel, such as steel, wire, and coiled steel, will also be reduced.
The downstream steel industry, such as manufacturing industry, hardware processing industry, foundry industry, and a number of heavily polluted "scattered pollution" enterprises, will be shut down and eliminated. For example, in Yuzhou, Henan Province, the small foundry enterprises which can not pass the EIA will be shut down permanently. A small number of foundries have been shut down in Weifang, Shandong. The impact on the market of the coking industry should not be underestimated
The plan of action proposed that the key areas increase the elimination of independent coking enterprises. Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the surrounding areas are implementing "steel coke", and strive to achieve about 0.4 of the coke production capacity and steel production capacity in 2020. The iron and steel enterprises included in the production capacity plan must withdraw from the supporting equipment such as sintering, coke oven, blast furnace and so on. In the key area, the coke oven in the built-up area of the city is sealed by the furnace body, and the waste gas is collected and processed.
"Steel fixed coke" is intended to increase the intensity of environmental protection for coking enterprises. The plan of action puts forward the promotion and upgrading of ships. In the next 3 years, shipbuilding industry will produce large quantities of new energy or clean energy ships to pump power for shipbuilding steel.
The action plan requires that the road cleaning and cleaning mechanization work should be vigorously promoted to improve the cleaning rate of road mechanization.
