How to do mechanical maintenance?

First, the main contents of mechanical maintenance are cleaning, fastening, adjusting, lubrication and anticorrosion.

(1) routine maintenance: routine maintenance is centered on cleaning, lubrication, inspection and fastening, and routine maintenance should be carried out in every class before, in work and after receiving the car. The routine maintenance is done independently by the manipulator.
(two) regular maintenance: according to the maintenance requirements of various mechanical equipment, the corresponding regular maintenance must be carried out after the required working hours or prescribed mileage, including the following contents:
1, primary maintenance: primary maintenance work on the basis of routine maintenance, the focus of the work is to lubricate, fasten and check the relevant parts and clean "three filter" work (namely clean air, oil, fuel filter, etc.). The first level maintenance is guided by the leader of the mechanical team, and the machine operator completes.
2, two level maintenance: two level maintenance work to check and adjust the focus. The working conditions of the engine, clutch, transmission, transmission mechanism, steering and braking mechanism, working device, hydraulic system and electrical system should be checked and adjusted to eliminate the found faults and ensure the good working performance of the machinery assembly and parts. The two level maintenance is done by the mechanical operator to assist the warranty personnel.
3, three level maintenance: the key is to detect, adjust, eliminate hidden dangers and balance the wear and tear of various parts. It is necessary to diagnose and check the parts of the parts that affect the performance and the parts of the fault signs, and then complete the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting. The three level maintenance requirements are completed by the technical and comprehensive maintenance personnel with advanced testing instruments and tools.
(three) special maintenance
1, walking and maintenance: after the new machine or overhaul, the machinery must be carried out in the closing period. When the machine is used in the prescribed closing period, the load and speed should be incremented according to the corresponding regulations, and the condition of lubrication and fastening must be checked, and the condition of the whole machine is observed, and it is found that the abnormality is solved in time. The main point of running and maintenance is to replace all parts of lubricating oil, lubricate parts and tighten bolts. After the closing period, a two level maintenance is carried out.
2, seasonal maintenance: machinery annual summer or winter before a maintenance should be carried out. The emphasis is on the fuel burning system, hydraulic system, cooling system and starting system. The following work should be done according to the actual conditions: replacing the fuel oil and hydraulic oil, adjusting the relative density of the electrolyte of the battery, taking cold or cooling measures and cleaning and cooling system.
3, discontinued maintenance: mechanical equipment should be discontinued for a period of time due to seasonal factors such as winter rest. Cleaning, cosmetic, mating and anticorrosive work are mainly done.
4, storage and maintenance: we should conscientiously carry out seal storage and maintenance in accordance with the requirements of storage, so as to reduce the erosion of natural weather to long-term storage equipment.
Three, the maintenance department should put forward the maintenance plan according to the machine usage plan and supervise the implementation of the operation guarantee personnel. At the same time, we should strengthen the inspection of equipment and ensure the quality of maintenance through verification. The operator should carefully fill in the mechanical maintenance records, and compile the mechanical equipment technical files for reference by mechanical statistics personnel.
